170+ Students Answered, Why Teach?

On March 7, 2015, more than 170 high school and college students trooped to the Benitez Theatre to attend Why Teach?, a free forum that encouraged students to choose teaching as a profession. The forum that lasted from 9:00am to 12:00pm featured three speakers: Mr. Edson Alquizalas, a batch 2012 graduate of the College and currently a teacher at PAREF Southridge School; Bea Marinas, a BEEd SPED graduating student from the College of Education, and Prof. Maria Vanessa Lusung-Oyzon, the Secretary of the College of Education.

UP-Educ Recognizes Teaching Excellence on Gawad Kolehiyo 2015
