Applicants are advised to prepare and submit the following documents:
• Signed Form 1 – Application Form
• Program of Study (signed; downloadable from the College website)
• True Copy of Grades (TCG)
• Signed Endorsement Letter from the Program Adviser
Students whose program is under the Division of Curriculum and Instruction (DCI) are requested to submit their complete documents to educdci.updiliman@up.edu.ph.
Students whose program is under the Division of Educational Leadership and Professional Services (DELPS) should send their requirements to educdelps.updiliman@up.edu.ph.
All files must be submitted in PDF format. Please note that incomplete applications will not be processed. The deadline for submission is 21 January 2026. Applicants must also ensure that they are enrolled for residency before taking the comprehensive examination.
