The student does the following: a. Write a letter of appeal addressed to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Maria Vanessa Lusung-Oyzon. Note: Student should affix his/her signature on the letter. b. Accomplish Program of Study/Curriculum checklist (which can be downloaded from: MA: https://educ.upd.edu.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Program-of-Study-MAEd-Final-converted.pdf; PhD: https://educ.upd.edu.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Program-of-Study-Ph.-D.-Final-converted.pdf; and for BEEd and BSEd: https://our.upd.edu.ph/curriculum.html). c. Ask his/her Program Adviser to write a separate endorsement/justification letter. S/he also emails the letter of appeal and duly accomplished Program of Study/Curriculum checklist to the Program Adviser.
The student emails the concerned Division Chair (via educdci.updiliman@up.edu.ph or educdelps.updiliman@up.edu.ph) to request a separate endorsement justification letter. S/he also emails the letter of appeal, letter of endorsement from the adviser, and duly accomplished Program of Study/Curriculum checklist to the Division Chair.
The Office of the Division Chair forwards all documents to the Office of the College Secretary (OSec): educacad.updiliman@up.edu.ph with subject CSAPG appeal_Surname, Name (e.g., CSAPG appeal_Dela Cruz, Juana). The OSec prepares the endorsement.
The Office of the College Secretary forwards the documents to the Office of the Dean for final endorsement. The Office of the Dean prepares the endorsement and sends it back to the OSec.
The OSec transmits the appeal and supporting documents to the CSAPG Secretariat. Note: Students may be required to submit additional documents.
Appeal/s to the Graduate Student Admission, Progress, and Welfare (GSAPAW) Committee
The student emails to the concerned Division Chair (via educdci.updiliman@up.edu.ph or educdelps.updiliman@up.edu.ph) the letter and other supporting documents. The Division Chair endorses the appeal by affixing his/her e-signature.

The Office of the College Secretary forwards the documents to the GSAPAW Committee.
The GSAPAW Committee deliberates on the appeal. The Committee sends the decision to the OSec. The OSec then emails the result to the student.
The OSec transmits the decision and supporting documents to the CSAPG Secretariat. Note: Students may be required to submit additional documents.
Appeal/s to the Undergraduate Student Admission, Progress, and Welfare (USAPAW) Committee
The student writes a letter addressed to the Chair of the USAPAW Committee, Frances Olivia M. Magtoto, PhD. Note: Student should affix his/her signature on the letter.
The student emails to his/her Program Adviser the letter and other supporting documents. The Program Adviser endorses the appeal by affixing his/her e-signature on the letter.
