The College of Education of the University of the Philippines proudly congratulates its alumna, Roslyn Vea Domingo Damasco, for ranking first in the September 2021 Board Licensure Examination for Teachers (Secondary Level). Roslyn graduated from the College with the degree Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Special Education in 2019.
