We are honored to announce that Dr. Ng Soo Boon will be among our plenary speakers in the 11th International Conference on Teacher Education on 13-15 November 2024 at Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City, Philippines.
Dr. Ng Soo Boon is part of the Faculty of Education and Social Sciences, SEGi University and Colleges, Malaysia. She spent 27 years developing national curriculum from preschool to upper secondary school. Her previous designation as the Deputy Director in the Curriculum Development Division of the Ministry of Education in Malaysia made her lead a diverse team from different disciplines to develop, implement, and evaluate the national school curriculum. Additionally, she was involved in the formulation and implementation of the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2013-2025. Moreover, she has also been actively engaged with national and international agencies such as UNESCO, IBE, UNICEF, and SEAMEO on several national and regional projects related to curriculum, science, STEM, girls in STEM, and early childhood.
