These are the requirements for shiftees/transferees:
- GWA of 2.5 (from UP Diliman unit); 2.25 (from other UP unit); 1.75 (from other University)
- Must earned 30 academic units or more
- Letter of Intent addressed to the College Secretary
- Original and one (1) Photocopy of Transcript of Record (TOR)/ True Copy of Grades (TCG)
- Two (2) copies of latest 2×2 pictures
The following are NOT eligible to apply:
- Zero passing from previous semester
- Applicants on LOA, AWOL and with MRR Status
Applicants from other colleges/university:
