Application for LOA (Not Enrolled)

Online Processing of Leave of Absence (LOA) for Not Enrolled Students

  1. Student applies LOA using his/her CRS account (crs.upd.edu.ph).
  2. Student informs the College regarding his/her application for LOA.
  3. College submits online advice.
  4. Department endorses the application using the CRS module.
  5. College approves LOA application of the student using the CRS module.
  6. Student generates payment slip using the CRS module “Settlement of Outstanding Transactions”.
  7. Student pays over-the-counter (OTC) at any open LandBank branch or avail of fund transfer feature of his/her bank to LandBank.
  8. Student encodes the details of payment using the CRS module “Settlement of Outstanding Transactions”.
  9. UP Diliman Cash Office validates the payment.
  10. Once paid, OUR/College generates approved LOA form and files.
