It is with deep sadness that the College of Education announces the passing of Dr. Leticia Peñano-Ho (December 5, 1947 – January 14, 2024). She is a former Dean of the College and Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs of UP Diliman. We also remember Dr. Peñano-Ho for her great contributions to gifted education in the country.
