CEd, library staff attend workshop on IPCR, OPCR alignment

Office and library staff of the College of Education recently attended an organizational development forum which focused on aligning their individual performance targets with those of their offices.

Staff members from different non-teaching offices in the College and the College of Education Library attended the two-part training workshop that aimed to help them align their Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) targets with those of their office. The office targets are contained in the document called Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR).

Mr. Rogelio T. Estrada and Ms. Glenda S. Glodoveza from the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) led the discussion and workshop on IPCR and OPCR alignment.

Mr. Estrada is the division chief of HRDO’s planning and research division while Ms. Glodovez is the section chief of its Mentoring and Evaluation office.

Dean Jerome T. Buenviaje of the College of Education also handled a session in the workshop which focused on his vision and targets for the College under his leadership.

The training workshop, which was titled, “Weaving of Skills: An Organizational Development Forum,” was held in College of Education’s Room 108 in the afternoon of November 25, 2022.
